Analysis
After issuing an inspection report, our Engineering Team can conduct safety and reliability analyses to identify potential hazards & failures. Our technique is used to anticipate and prevent hazardous circumstances that may potentially result in mishaps or catastrophic events. We offer clients a gap analysis and generate a plan for how to meet or exceed internal and external safety requirements.
Reliability Analysis
Our Engineering Team is specialized in conducting Reliability Analysis such as Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to serve as documentation for credible failures.

FMEA assesses customer design with failure tolerance and propagation, as well as redundancy status and requirements. A Critical Items List (CIL) is developed to identify cost-effective solutions to add reliability without complete system redesigns. The FMEA process and deliverables create an effective trouble-shooting tool for operations.

Hazard Analysis
Our Hazard Analysis identifies dangerous conditions and elements in end-item designs, and the significance of the identified hazardous condition’s effects.

The Analysis provides a basis for establishing preventative safety measures for operations, while verifying end-item design compliance to specified safety requirements. The safety impact of failures, examination of the hazard interface, and areas for ancillary analysis are also identified.
